I really enjoyed great-sized and well-designed room here.

Had good stay overall, relaxing place and the weather was lovely. The staff was exceptionally attentive and very helpful, took good care of everyone. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with very comfortable beds. There were central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV if needed. Location of hotel was very special and the shuttle to the next village was a big plus. It was next to Monsummano Terme downtown. The pool was clean and I had excellent drinks in the pool bar.

The place is spacious, and the food is absolutely delicious 🍽️. I loved the incredible location, so close to the train station, and within easy reach of Florence, Lucca, and the charming Monsummano Alto.

The rooms here are fresh and beautiful, featuring a marble bathroom. There's a great pool to enjoy, and you can park right on-site. If you need it, there's a shuttle available to the next village as well 😊.

The beautiful setting of this place is a bit of a walk from the city center, but the staff, including the reception team, is incredibly kind and welcoming throughout.

Everything was great, so were magnificent views of all the park. Enjoyed its stunning location very close to the train station, restaurant, and the greenery of the Tuscany hills.

The location of the hotel is perfect, nestled on a hillside with stunning views of the surrounding park. The real highlight, however, is the underground grotta. The natural caves provide a unique and relaxing experience, with an area to shower and rejuvenate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with windows that open up to a stone wall, giving a fresh and private feel. The service is outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff who are fluent in English. The breakfast spread is delicious and varied, offering plenty of options to start the day right.

The dinner options in the hotel restaurant can be a bit pricey.

You are really in advance, if you can speak russian. We booked superior suite and got a room on hillside on first floor. The outview was less then 10 meter. At 4 o'clock in the morning the engine of the kitchen refregerator startet, stopped and after some time started again. After 7 o'clock the refragerator worked constantly. Attention, 50% of the rooms are hillside. One night was really enough. With about 80 € a night additional we got a suite at parkside.

Stayed here 3 times now and can only say it is a fantastic place to chill axe, accommodating staff, everything clean and immaculate, lovely food served with a smile, posh but in no way pretentious, can't wait to return

The quietness.

Old (not only old-fashioned) hotel. I expected much more of Grotta Giusti. Disappoiting breakfast, lack of kindness in restaurant's staff. The front desk staff forgot to give me back our passaports. For a moment, in the room, I realized I had lost them. Unfortunately, I recommend try another location to visit thermas. A terrible cost-benefit ratio.

The evening food was very disappointing and very over priced for what it was.

Our stay at this resort was simply amazing. The location was perfect, as we enjoyed a semi-private area near the pool that offered a breathtaking view of the hills of Chianti nearby. The food was excellent in the restaurant, and we loved our morning hike through the olive groves. Our room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds. The service was great, and the breakfast offered high-quality, fresh ingredients. The spa facilities were a highlight, including the steam and dry sauna, and the lovely external warm pool.

Communication with some staff members was a bit difficult due to language barriers.
